๐ฅ Day 1 of our 8-Week Youth Speed & Strength Program at CrossFit Nine Zero Three is complete! ๐ฅ
Today was all about learning. We introduced new movements, worked on agility, balance, coordination, and speed, while also beginning to build a foundation in strength training.
The kids came ready to work! They listened, learned, encouraged each other, and gave great effort throughout the entire session. Weโre excited to watch their confidence, athleticism, and work ethic grow over the next 8 weeks.
This is more than getting stronger and fasterโitโs about building a foundation for success in sports and in life.
