To put it simply:
Yoga is about humanity.
So when I was asked to teach a yoga class with a purpose, in support of CASA.. it was a full-body yes.
I believe deeply in their mission and in the people who show up every day as advocates and soldiers for these children. They will forever be heroes to me. ❤️

As a teacher, and simply as a human, I believe it is my civic duty to offer yoga free of charge to people who may not otherwise be able to afford it or access it.
Yoga should not be a privilege. It should be an offering.
