🇺🇸 MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT 🇺🇸

Join us Friday, August 28 as the Athens Warriors take on Maroa-Forsyth! 🏈💚

Kick-off: 7:00 PM

We are honored to recognize the men and women who have served our country. ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸 All current and past service members receive FREE admission!
🎶 The AHS Band will perform the National Anthem and pay tribute to our military personnel.

⭐ Current and past military members will be invited to the track during the National Anthem. Golf carts will be available for anyone needing assistance.

🍿 CONCESSIONS SUPPORT CROSS COUNTRY!
20% of concession sales will go directly to the Cross Country Team.

Kate Mitchell Leads Warriors With Three Doubles in 11-1 Victory

Kate M put together a perfect day at the plate, going 3-for-3 with three doubles to help lead Athens JH Warriors A to an 11-1 victory over Illini Central Cougars on Friday. 💥🥎

The Warriors jumped out early, scoring four runs in the first inning after Kate doubled to drive in two, Leah Pellman grounded out to bring home another, and Kamryn Jacoby singled to score one.

Hollie Pellman earned the win in the circle, tossing four innings while allowing just two hits and one unearned run. She struck out eight and walked none.

The Warriors finished with 13 hits, with Hollie Pellman, Charley Grimsley, Brenna Donovan, and Kamryn Jacoby collecting multiple hits.
