I am not a Kru or Arjahn... I'm just a guy who loves muay thai and has been involved with muay thai for over 18 years. I do some coaching and i get some coaching and just try to share all i can with everyone.

My “Muay Thai tree” of coaches has begun at the gym lol. Starting to place some of the pictures and stats of some of the coaches and fighters that I have trained with over the years (specifically in Thailand.) They really helped shape my view and understanding of Muay Thai. Pictured here are Watcharachai Kaewsamrit and Kaimukkao Watcharachai Gym who spent 6 months of training and living with on my first trip to Thailand and also pictured is Lerdsila Phuket Top Team who trained with on my last trip to Thailand back in 2019. More to come as I find space for them but I really wanted something in the gym to show respect to my teachers and friends!

Ranking Marital Arts on effectiveness of 1-2 years of training. These are general examples, not specific gyms. A specific Dojo may be in the “A” category and a specific mma gym might be a “C”… these are just my opinion 😂

A: Brazilian jujitsu, MMA, Muay Thai and Wrestling

B: Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo

C: Karate, Jeet Kun Do, Krav Maga, Hapkido

D: Taekwondo, Kung Fu, ninjitsu,
