We listen to symptoms, investigate mysterious noises, and occasionally spend an embarrassing amount of time tracking down a noise that disappears the moment the owner walks through the door.

The diagnosis is usually straightforward.

The treatment plan often involves fewer squeaks, better shifting, and a healthy dose of chain l**e.

That's more effective than it sounds.

Good bikes end up woven into everyday life around here.

Out toward the bike path.
Across town before dark.
Down the hill a little too fast.
Leaning on a porch railing while somebody says, “be right back.”

Good to see riding season settle in again.
