Athens Aerials Athens Aerials offers recreational gymnastics classes two days a week to children ages 3-10 Athens Aerials will offer two types of classes.

Most classes offered are recreational gymnastics classes and the other is a tumbling class. Look for more options on classes and times as the business grows. Recreational classes include vault, bars, beams, tumbling (mats), small trampolines and dance. Tumbling classes: mastering skills on mats along with using other pieces of equipment for drills and extended learning. Example of skills taught: c

artwheel, round off, hand stand, head stand, back bend, back walkover, back handspring, round off back handspring. More advanced skills can be taught depending on progress of student. Private Lessons are available on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at additional cost.
