2025 Diving season at LLM is coming to an end!
We want to remind everyone that Loch Low-Minn is still open for the 2025 open water diving season until the end of the month of October.
That means that there is only one weekend left, so don't miss your chance to enjoy the beautiful autumn foliage reflected in the clean and still warm water! Despite the cooler nights, heat is absorbed throughout the summer, so the water will stay pretty much the same temperature throughout the next weeks. And the visibility will only improve as the algae disappears! Please check current temp and viz information on our website.
You still have time to dive, sharpen your skills, especially before your travel if you plan one, and try out your existing or new gear. We will be open on regular weekends hours from 9am until 6pm (entry closes at 4pm. Air & Nitrox fills, as well as other gear for rent, are available.
Reminder: There will be the underwater pumpkin carving contest on coming Sunday October 26 (see information in the previous post). Anyone feels like trying their hand at carving a jack-o'-lantern under the water, bring a pumpkin and tools to challenge yourself and impress your friends.
This event will be organized by Ski/Scuba Center in cooperation with Murphy Scuba (NC).
Also, due to water temperature is still comfortable, we may extend it to Weekend of November 1-st and 2-nd, or NOT, but it will be decided later next week if people will demand it, and if weather will be warm and not rainy (Please check the FB update after Oct 28)!
