Today we're celebrating Ness and her incredible journey ❤️

Two years ago, Ness walked through our doors and began training with Simon. Since then, she has lost over 100 pounds, gained confidence, built healthy habits, and achieved one of her biggest dreams—becoming a mom! 👶✨

We're so proud of everything she has accomplished, and we're honored to have been a small part of her journey. Today, you'll still find Ness working hard with our trainer Streaky and showing up consistently on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Stories like Ness's are why we do what we do. Fitness isn't just about the number on a scale—it's about creating a healthier, happier life and proving to yourself that you're capable of more than you ever imagined.

If you see Ness around the gym, be sure to give her a huge congratulations! 🎉💪
