We will open from 11-6pm today. Use caution when coming into the gym as there are still sections of black ice. Roads are the same, with sections that look good, but with spots of black ice. Be really careful out there!

Still icy out there. We will not open at 7am for members tomorrow, but planning to open around 10:30 if driveway will be in good shape. We may close early if conditions don’t improve. We’ll see how it looks tomorrow and keep you posted. Be safe out there!

Ok friends, we’re calling it. Closed today and will be watching for conditions tomorrow. We will let you know! We don’t want you traveling on the roads and taking any chances. Stay safe and as Adrian always says: Make smart choices! He also said that since you’re at home, do 50 push ups, some squats and work on your core. Come back stronger! 😛
