Stop chasing sweat… start chasing progress.
A hard workout doesn’t always mean an effective workout. The key to real results is progressive overload — gradually increasing weight, reps, or intensity over time.
If you lifted the same weights this week as last week… you didn’t give your body a reason to change.
Try this today:
✔ Add 5 lbs to your lifts
✔ Or push 2–3 more reps per set
✔ Or slow down your tempo for more control
Small improvements = BIG results over time.
