Hello y'all! So sorry to be MIA with school starting and then a slew of health issues teaching has been difficult. My website has been updated so check that out to see when I regularly teach on the weekdays at Ramsey and DanceFX!

Hi pals I’m choreographing an intermediate contemporary piece for explosion this year! If you live in the Athens area and love to dance come out Sunday nights 6-7pm and dance with me. SURPRISE BUTI CLASS! I'm back home in Asheville for the week and I'm so excited to teach a pop up Buti Yoga class! This Saturday May 19th 4:30-5:30pm at Waynesville Yoga Center. Check out their website for more details and I can't wait to see all my Western NC people there!!!

I had so much fun teaching my last yoga class of the semester at Ramsey! I can't wait to start back up again in June but for now I'm going to enjoy my mini vacation. Keep an eye out Buti Yoga and Power Yoga summer classes coming out soon!

Take an hour to destress from finals and come to my vinyasa power yoga class from 5:30-6:30pm in the MindBody studio at Ramsey on Friday April 27th! This class will have you letting the stress from finals sweat away and give you the chance to connect with your inner self. All levels are welcome and the class is FREE!!!
