Today makes exactly 3 years.

Three years of:
Early alarms.
Lots of sweat.
Crash outs.
Late-night setups.
Showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.

No corporate blueprint.
No franchise support.
No one else writing the playbook.

Every workout. Every challenge. Every piece of programming has been created in-house and built with our members in mind.

This gym was built on women proving to themselves that they can do hard things. Not letting the hard days win. Not needing validation from anything outside of themselves.

Thank you to every woman who has walked through our doors over the last three years. Your trust, support, and belief in what we’re building has meant everything. 🖤💪🏼

As everyone winds down their Mother’s Day, I hope the love and appreciation shared today continues far beyond just one day a year.

Owning a women’s gym is such a privilege because I get to witness the kind of strength most people never see. Women walking through these doors tired, overwhelmed, running on little sleep, carrying the weight of motherhood, careers, and life — and still showing up anyway.

From new moms, to moms raising teenagers, to women stepping into the beautiful season of grandmothering — every season carries its own kind of strength.

To every mom in this community: you are seen, you are admired, and you are celebrated.
