Today makes exactly 3 years.
Three years of:
Early alarms.
Lots of sweat.
Crash outs.
Late-night setups.
Showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.
No corporate blueprint.
No franchise support.
No one else writing the playbook.
Every workout. Every challenge. Every piece of programming has been created in-house and built with our members in mind.
This gym was built on women proving to themselves that they can do hard things. Not letting the hard days win. Not needing validation from anything outside of themselves.
Thank you to every woman who has walked through our doors over the last three years. Your trust, support, and belief in what we’re building has meant everything. 🖤💪🏼
