🇺🇸 MEET MR. BOB 🇺🇸

Military veteran.
Survivor of TWO back surgeries and knee surgery.
And after 3 years together… he’s still showing up ready to work.

At QFIT, geriatric training isn’t about “taking it easy.” It’s about rebuilding confidence, strength, balance, mobility, and proving that age does NOT define capability.

Mr. Bob continues to push the limits physically and mentally every single week. Some days are harder than others, but the mission never changes — keep moving forward.

This is why I love what I do. Watching someone reclaim their body, independence, and mindset is bigger than fitness.

Whether you’re recovering from surgeries, battling pain, feeling weak, or simply wanting your life back… there IS a path forward.

Aging is inevitable.

Medical community will tell you to rest and dont aggravate your sciatic nerve when you have sciatica. Then theres Q-FIT 😁, we work the "injury/trauma" spot.
