What is acrobatics? Acro combines classical dance technique with the athletic precision of gymnastics. Dancers build the strength, flexibility, and control needed to master fundamental skills—like bridges, handstands, and cartwheels—and safely progress to dynamic elements such as walkovers, aerials, and back handsprings. The goal is to execute powerful tumbling seamlessly within dance choreography on a standard hard floor. We offer acro classes for ages 4 and up, structured to guide every dancer safely through each level of progression.
