Seven years ago today me and WJ ran our last stroller run. I won second in my age group.

The race was in support of The Bridge of Georgia, a school for exceptional children. My son used to be a student there. 🧩

I'm still on post-op exercise restriction 🙄. But I feel great and am looking forward to whipping this body into half marathon shape again.
