Thank you everyone who came in to see us, support us and move with us.

Love you and grateful everyday to do what I love with the best teachers.

Have an amazing holiday weekend.
We will be closed Saturday thru Monday.

I will be there bright and early Tuesday morning for 6am Rise & Shine Flow.
