Just thought I would share a post of my sleep the past two nights 😴
I’m really excited about that two hour REM cycle I got last night!! Sleeping good in the neighborhood 🤠🤠🤠
What most people forget is the need for a full nights sleep!
——trust me I don’t always get my full 8-9 hrs either 😬 but a good nights sleep is crucial in building muscle. 💪🏼🦵🏻
