Come out and help us recognize men’s Health awareness week. This week is nationally recognized from the week before father’s day up to Father’s Day itself, so we are a little early, but we are okay with that. So, if you want to come out and learn a little Krav, meet some great people, maybe win some prizes and enjoy some great BBQ, come out and join us on May 30, 2026 from 10am-noon. Cost is just 2 hours of your time.

Okay, this years annual men’s seminar is on May 30th, to help kick off men’s mental health awareness month.
