We are happy to announce that our very own Coach Chris will be hosting a clothes and food drive to help families throughout the New York and New Jersey area!!!

Chris has set up bins where for everyone to bring in any donations they can. We are also collecting Coats and “Shelf-Stable” foods. These include:
Canned foods
Pastas
Rice

Chris will be partnering with local shelters and businesses on a mission to help over 300 families. He will be taking donations until December 30th. For more information on how to donate or if you’d like to support in other ways you can contact Chris via Email at:

🗣WELCOME TO THE SAGE FAM LUKA!❤️
In his journey to getting certified as a NASM Personal Trainer, Luka now holds more than 5 different certifications. Under his belt he is certified with, Pre Post Natal, Nutritionist, Kettlebell Instructor, Flexibility, TRX Functional Training and MMA Conditioning, and many more.

Luka’s programs provides people the ability to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities, mixed martial arts, healthy nutrition and guided fitness curriculums. Luka also has a bachelors degree in PhotoJournalism.
I know many of you have already taken class with or seen him around.

FULL BIO:
Hi! My name is Isadora. My goal is to make science-based health and wellness information accessible to everyone. I studied biology in college and then went on to explore the world of personal training. During my time as a fitness coach, I've worked in commercial, corporate, and private gyms, helping clients of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals. My specialties include corrective exercises and glute training along with calisthenics/bodyweight training and powerlifting. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals, whether it's losing fat, increasing strength and/or muscle size, coaching exercise form and technique, or providing nutritional advice.
