We offer a large cardio theatre area with a selection of Precor and Param

ount functional training machines. The technology of equipment available is designed to build strength and muscle specifically targeting all areas of the body. Additionally, we offer a fully equipped free weight area. Changing rooms are provided and included private showers and sauna.
