Our new schedule includes more midweek classes:

🥊 Monday Sparring
🥊 Friday Beginner Boxing
🥊 Saturday Intro Course at 11am—four sessions with free gloves and wraps

Can’t make one Saturday? Join Friday Beginner Boxing instead and count it as one of your four sessions.

One-to-one sessions are available every day. Choose your coach or DM us if you need a different time.

New gloves, wraps and limited Irish T-shirts available! 🍀
