Brooke Elwart CEO of B.I. Fitness & Nutrition Helping women break free from diet cycling to achieve lasting fat loss & optimal health

If this client was only focused on the scale, she might think her progress was “slow.”

Instead, in just 5 months she’s seeing:
✨ A smaller waist
✨ Improved body composition
✨ More muscle definition
✨ Better fitness habits
✨ More confidence
✨ A healthier relationship with the scale

These results didn’t come from being perfect.

They came from consistently strength training, staying active, improving the overall quality and balance of her nutrition, and sticking with a plan long enough for it to work.

That’s the difference between chasing weight loss and building a lifestyle.

The goal isn’t just to lose pounds.

The goal is to create a body, routine, and mindset you can actually maintain.

And that’s exactly what we focus on inside coaching💛

So proud of this client and all the work she’s put in!!!

🎉 The Sustainable Success Scholarship is now open!

One woman will receive 4 months of 1:1 coaching completely free.

Applications close June 29th. Apply through the link in my bio! 🙌

Most women think motivation is the problem. Buttttt 99% of the time it’s not.

Motivation comes and goes.🎢

The women who see lasting results aren’t motivated every day.

They’re consistent.

They have support.

They have a plan.

They know what to do when life gets busy.

That’s why so many women end up stuck in the cycle of: “I’m starting Monday.”, “I’ll get back on track next week.”, and “I’ll start again after things settle down.”

If that sounds familiar and you’re ready for a change, you’re exactly who I created our Sustainable Success Scholarship for.

Applications are open through June 29th - link in bio to apply💛

OUR SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS SCHOLARSHIP IS OFFICIALLY OPEN 📣📣

It’s been over a year since we’ve offered a coaching scholarship, and I’m excited to announce that we’re bringing it back!!

Over the past 5+ years, we’ve helped hundreds of women lose weight, build strength, improve their relationship with food, and create healthier lifestyles they can maintain.

And while coaching can be truly life-changing, I know that not everyone who wants support is in a position to move forward when they’re ready.

That’s why we’re offering this scholarship🙌

We’re sponsoring ONE woman with 4 FREE months of 1:1 fitness & nutrition coaching.

Not because she needs another diet.

Not because she needs more willpower.

But because sometimes the right support, accountability, and plan can completely change the trajectory of your health journey.

The winner will receive:
✨ Personalized nutrition guidance
✨ Customized workouts
✨ Weekly check-ins
✨ Direct coach support
✨ Accountability & habit coaching
✨ Access to all resources and tools

This scholarship is for the woman who’s ready to stop starting over and finally build results that LAST.

Applications close June 29th!

These are the kind of messages that make me love coaching ❤️

Because these “small” wins are what create the big transformations.

Real progress isn’t just a lower number on the scale, it’s building habits, confidence, freedom, and a lifestyle you can actually sustain.

And that’s the kind of progress that lasts💪

You can have your cake and eat it too 🍰

I used to think even one bite of carrot cake would instantly ruin my progress, make me gain fat overnight, and somehow give me diabetes 😅

Turns out… health and fitness don’t work that way lol

One slice of cake doesn’t determine your health any more than one salad transforms it. Lasting results come from what you do most of the time, not what you do once in a while.

That’s where the 80/20 approach comes in 👇

🥗 80% of the time = focusing on nutrient-dense foods that help you feel your best, support your goals, and fuel your body

🍰 20% of the time = enjoying the foods you genuinely love without guilt, stress, or feeling like you need to “earn” them

If your plan doesn’t allow room for date nights, birthday cake, vacations, holidays, and your favorite treats… it’s probably not a plan you’ll want to follow long-term.

Of course, eating foods like this all day every day wouldn’t be the most supportive choice for your health. But in moderation they can absolutely fit into an overall healthy lifestyle.

Food freedom isn’t just eating whatever you want, whenever you want. It’s about enjoying all foods without fear while still prioritizing your health goals💛

What’s your favorite treat?🍪🍦🍰🍩

A little tough love, compassion, and a whole lot of reality🤝

Your progress isn’t being held back by one vacation, one missed workout, or one imperfect weekend.

Keep showing up, consistency always wins!!

Some of my favorite weeknight meals lately😍

No complicated recipes.
No spending 2 hours in the kitchen.
No obnoxious ingredients.

Just simple meals built around:
🐟 protein
🍚 carbs
🥦 color/fiber
😋 flavors I enjoy

I love ingredient-based meals like these because they’re:
- easy to customize
- macro friendly
- simple to track if tracking food
- flexible for different goals/preferences
- easy to throw together on busy nights

You can swap proteins, carbs, sauces, toppings, veggies, etc. based on what YOU like or already have at home.

Healthy eating does not need to be complicated to work, in fact the less complicated we can make it - the more likely it will stick long term🙌

Save this for easy dinner inspo✨

“What do you do for a living?” I help women ditch quick fixes and build lasting results with their health, fitness & nutrition🥰

These transformations are about SO much more than before & after photos… it’s more energy, more confidence, improved health, better relationships with food, feeling strong, and learning how to take care of themselves in a realistic, sustainable way.

I’m so grateful to play even a small role in these women’s journeys and never take that responsibility lightly 🤍

The wellness industry has made health feel way more complicated (and expensive) than it needs to be.

Social media constantly pushes the idea that you need the perfect morning routine, expensive supplements, wellness gadgets, organic everything, and hours of free time to be “healthy.” But the habits that ACTUALLY impact your health the most are often the least glamorous👇

✔️ Sleep
✔️ Walking & movement
✔️ Strength training
✔️ Fiber & balanced meals
✔️ Hydration
✔️ Sunlight
✔️ Stress management
✔️ Consistency over time

That doesn’t mean wellness tools or supplements are automatically “bad.” Some can absolutely be helpful additions! But they should supplement the fundamentals, not replace them.

At the end of the day, your body doesn’t need perfection. It needs consistent care. And even in a busy, messy, real-life schedule… your health CAN still improve through small habits done consistently over time🙌

Before stressing about optimizing every little thing or buying the next trendy product, ask yourself: Am I consistently doing the basics first? 🤷‍♀️

If you’re tired of the on/off cycle and want support building sustainable habits that fit real life, DM me “BALANCE” to learn more about 1:1 coaching🙌

A goal can give you motivation… but your daily habits are what actually create the result.

It’s the small things repeated consistently:
✅ getting your steps in
✅ prioritizing protein and balanced meals
✅ drinking more water
✅ strength training even when motivation is low
✅ getting back on track instead of giving up after an off day

Lasting transformations don’t happen because someone was “perfect.” They happen because someone kept showing up consistently enough for their habits to compound over time.

If you keep setting goals with no follow through, start asking: “What habits would the healthiest version of me practice consistently?” 😌

One habit at a time!!
