Rumble on the Bay 2022

Rumble on the Bay 2022 We are excited to announce the 4th year of our all outdoor competition Rumble on the Bay.

The event will once again take place at the Rockers, formally, Booyah Stadium on September 17. Register by September 10 to guarentee event t-shirt
Divisions:
RX: Both team members are proficient in all RX Crossfit movement standards
Intermediate: Both team members have competed in a Crossfit competition before or are proficient in the basic movements of Crossfit
Beginners: First Crossfit competiti

on or less than 2 years of Crossfit experience for both team members
Sub-Masters (38-45): Both partners must be between 38-45 years old
Masters Plus (46+): Both partners must be at least 46 years old (if one partner is 40-45 and one partner is 46+ you must register for the 40-45 division)
Teen (14-17): Both partners must be between 14-17
