Did you know????

Your Hometown Gym has donated thousands of dollars 💵 to support local youth sports organizations and several other great local causes?

We believe in investing in our community!

We believe in supporting things that get kids and people involved in active things!

We believe in investing in our community rather than just extracting from it! (WE SEE YOU BIG CORPORATE GYMS!!)🤢

GBSC was founded because we believe that you deserve more from a gym and that doesn’t end when you walk out the door of the gym, we think it only starts there and continues deep into our community!

We will highlight a few of the great causes we support in the next few weeks so others will consider supporting them as well! For now featured is our favorite player in DePere Rapides soccer! (We are a little biased of course!)

The fly machine is back in business!

Much like many things at GBSC it isn’t the fanciest fix ever and the pins don’t match perfectly…

But it functions like the best of them! We will NEVER be a place that’s about shiny things that lack substance… Most of the equipment here has a couple of miles on it and we have it here because it’s what we thought was THE BEST, not the shiniest or fanciest or newest for our beloved GYM FAM!

If you’d like a gym that has a bunch of shiny things to distract you from the fact that they probably don’t care about you… (at least not more than themselves) GBSC WOULD NOT be the place for you.

If you do value how you’re treated and think you deserve to be treated like more than a number… GBSC could be an amazing place for you!?!

A reminder that we’re hosting FREE strongman/strong woman 💪workshops every Saturday at 10 AM between now and the Anduzzi’s Strongest Customer contest on Saturday, June 27!

No need to be a member… Just stop in and learn how to do the events if you’ve ever been curious about strongman style training. No commitment to compete in the event either if you just want to learn!

We hope to see you tomorrow morning, Saturday, June 6 for our 10 AM workshop!

We have some great things going on at GB Strength Club in June!

Number 1: You can’t beat a workout in here in late spring with the big doors open! It’s an amazing workout experience that you won’t understand unless you are here! IYKYK

Number 2: GYM SWAG! If you join GBSC this month you get a pair of cheap GBSC sunglasses and a GBSC T-shirt so you can rep your favorite gym!

Number 3: Coaching on Your Terms! $200 coaching credit to use however you want if you join in the month of June.

Did you know that we have amazing small group training too?

We have a smaller group than traditional large group training that sometimes has 20 to 30 or more people in it. We cap it around 6 to 8 people so that everyone can receive coaching and the programming can have progression in mind with more movements!

We have sessions Monday and Tuesday mornings at 6 AM, Thursday evening (TONIGHT) at 6 PM, and Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM.

Anyone can stop in and try them for free! Please send us a message or stop by if you’d like to give it a shot?
