Ashville Athletics has officially changed its name to “Dawg Talk” across all social platforms to better align with a new focus on long-form content, to further reinforce a new independence from the Ashville Sports Foundation, and to allow every athletic program on Ashville’s campus to promote themselves, via their style, with their voice.

Dawg Talk is still dedicated to promoting Ashville’s student-athletes and its rich history of athletic tradition; however, the Ashville Sports Foundation and Dawg Talk have mutually agreed to part ways and pursue independent interests while working together in other, unannounced areas at the time of this news release. Therefore, all future content, coverage, and information published across Dawg Talk social accounts will realign with the new objectives related to the Dawg Talk podcast series.
