How do you change your mindset in order to change your life?
Here are 5 steps to get you on track to changing your life!
1. You need a desire, a want and a reason to change. You must be willing to go through any pain, challenge or struggle to accomplish what you want.
2. You must believe you can change. To help yourself see that it’s possible look at things in the past, big or small, that have lead to a change in your life. A haircut, new clothes, learned something new etc.
3. Identify the belief driving your behavior. Look at the thoughts and the root cause of the habit you would like to change. Start looking at who, what, when, where and who about the behavior. Once you find the root belief, you can change it.
4. Choose a better belief. In order to truly get rid of an old belief you have to find something to replace it with. For example eating at out every day. Replace it with homemade meals.
5. Take action and do. You can think and make the plan all you want, until you are actually acting on the plan and getting uncomfortable you won’t change.
