CONSECUTION JIUJITSU IS OPENING 5 NEW MEMBER SPOTS.

Not because we’re trying to pack the room.

Because we’re committed to maintaining the kind of culture that makes people want to stay for years.

We’re looking for five individuals or families in the Ashtabula area who want more than just another workout. People who want to build confidence, improve their fitness, learn practical self-defense, and become part of a supportive community.

At Consecution JiuJitsu, we use modern constraint-led coaching methods that make learning safer, more effective, and more enjoyable for beginners while still challenging experienced competitors. Whether your goal is to get in shape, help your child develop confidence, or compete at a high level, our program is designed to meet you where you are.

Kids Classes:
Monday–Thursday • 5:30 PM–6:15 PM
Saturday • 11:00 AM

Adult Classes:
Monday–Thursday • 6:15 PM–7:15 PM
Friday • 6:00 PM
Saturday • 11:00 AM
Sunday • By Request

Adding a new Friday 6pm NoGi class ran by resident blue belt Andrew starting this week. Excited and proud to have Andrew on the team and looking forward to seeing his and everyone else jiujitsu and wrestling improve because of him.

There’s a saying that if you find something you’d do for free and figure out a way to make it your career, you’ll never work a day in your life. 💭

For me, that thing is coaching. 🥋

Long before I was a , I was simply someone who loved helping people improve. Watching a student struggle with a technique, helping them understand it, and then seeing that moment when everything clicks is something that never gets old. Seeing someone gain confidence, overcome challenges, and become a stronger version of themselves is one of the greatest rewards imaginable. 💪

That doesn’t mean there aren’t early mornings, late nights, sacrifices, and challenges behind the scenes. But when your work is helping people grow through , it’s hard to call it work. Every class is an opportunity to make a difference. Every student who steps onto the mat has the potential to change their life. 🌱

I’m grateful every day that I get to spend my time doing something I would gladly do for free. Not because it’s easy, but because it matters. ❤️

We don’t expect everyone to train 🤼‍♂️ the same way or intensity but we do believe everyone should train 1-2 times a week. We believe the world 🌎 would be a better place because of it.
