DJ, David, Juan, and Vince spent the morning aboard Bring It On and went home with a nice rack of fish! Tru trips continue to produce most of our catch and we are starting to see the dipsy bite starting to catch fish! Special mention Justin thanks for your help today!

Birthday trip today for Becky and family! These guys had severe storm damage from last night and weren’t sure if they would be able to get to the Marina but after a few detours they made it! We caught their fish and sent them to the fish cutter, and then they were on the way home to do some cutting of their own down trees 🌳tru trips continue to catch limits.
Thanks for fishing with us and I hope you guys get the house and property cleaned up!

Some of the beautiful weather and perfect lake conditions from the past few days! We filled our cooler every day and sent clients home with fresh walleye. Lost of laughter and great memories, thank you for letting us be apart of your experience. See you all soon!

Tru trips 40’s paired with small stingers are catching and filling coolers most of the day! The dipsy program is producing fish just not as productive as the Tru trips.

This past weekend the Conneaut Fish and Game Club hosted the annual youth trout Derby. The event was a huge success. This year we were blessed with perfect weather. Each registered participant received a rod and reel, bait, a lunch ticket plus tickets for many door prizes.

Kevin and I were there to help the kiddos. There were two lucky winners who received the grand prizes which we donate (fishing charters for the winning youth boy and girl). Congratulations to both of the grand prize winners, Trace Thompson age 11 with his 18 3/8 in golden trout and Devyn Ezzone with her 15 5/8 in trout.

We wish to extend our thanks to the Conneaut Fish and Game Club plus members who always help and donate their time to make this event a huge success. We also wish to thank all the families who participated by bringing their children to this wonderful outdoor event.

With the upcoming Memorial Day weekend let us all bow our heads and say some 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 for what Memorial Day is all about. Anyone that knows us know we fly the American flags while fishing and are probably the only charter boat in our area who flies them on our planer boards!

We are all very fortunate in this country to have the freedoms which we do and we could thank all the soldiers, especially the ones we are celebrating on Memorial Day who have made the ultimate sacrifice for that.

My youngest grandson from my daughter is in the military right now. For a little thank you for all of our soldiers my fishing team will be offering a 10% discount for a fishing charter booked on Memorial Day who brings a combat veteran aboard. (Only one spot available) 1st come first served

We do have some exciting upcoming news for the season so stay tuned.... Some of it has been somewhat of a secret which we have been keeping but that's neither here nor there.

Just a friendly reminder that this Saturday is the Conneaut Fish and Game Clubs youth trout derby which of course we sponsor the grand prize and will be there assisting any families and kiddos which need help.

There will be two lucky winners (one boy one girl) who will receive that grand prize! If you have time and can bring a kid fishing this will be the place to be. Each registant will receive a complimentary rod and reel plus a ticket for lunch as well as bait. Registration starts at 7:00 and fishing starts at 8:00 a.m. It will be packed so if you decide to come please come early!

This year the grand prize winners will also receive a bonus grand prize in that their fish will be complimentary cut and donated as part of this grand prize! Thank you Nate for that generous donation! (Nate is our go-to fish cutter that we send you guys to which go out on our charters)

Also stay tuned for another thing which we will probably post on Facebook as well and that is we are starting a tik tok presence. We will be making videos and showing slideshows of your catches! If you are a customer and wish to be shown in one of them please reach out to anyone of us and we will be sure it gets done.

The 2026 fishing season is on us, The boats are ready to rock and roll, our fishing team is ready so if you have a favorite please reach out and get your dates secured! It has been a long and horrible cold spring so many of you will not even be thinking about fishing until the weather stabilizes and gets warm!
