Keep in mind when you shoot a deer in the front shoulder with a gun.... It does a lot of damage and you do lose quite a bit of meat normally.
In this case we had to throw out around 4lbs of bad meat from one shoulder.

34% yield on this deer with an avg yield probably between %35-%45 per deer.
