It has recently been brought to our attention that a registered s*x offender was attending our Ashland location. This information is FALSE and has been spread by certain people that were unhappy that another gym member had his membership terminated. The member that had his membership terminated was making some horribly disrespectful and threatening comments toward a female gym member on Facebook. We do not allow bullying of any kind toward our gym members and unfortunately the bullying member had his membership terminated. In the past few days there have been social media posts saying that the Warehouse Gyms have allowed a certain registered s*x offender to attend the gyms. This information is FALSE. The s*x offender in question was last in the gym on November 12, 2025. In January 2026 it was discovered that the man was a registered s*x offender and his membership was cancelled at that time!! That individual is not permitted back to any Warehouse Gyms. The Warehouse Gyms will always be a safe place for men, women and young people to attend and workout, without being bullied or fearing working out around s*xual predators.
