Last night we held our very first Peace in Yin class, and we are so excited to officially introduce one of the beautiful souls helping guide this new offering — Christine Thompson. 💙

Christine is a U.S. Marine, mother of two, and has practiced yoga for over 20 years. In 2025, a life-changing medical diagnosis transformed her relationship with her body and deepened her practice in a profound way. What once was movement became something more — a space for healing, safety, and reconnecting with herself.

Now, Christine brings that same energy into every class she teaches.

Her goal is to create a supportive, honest, and welcoming environment where students can meet themselves exactly where they are — while still being encouraged to explore their edge, grow, and heal along the way.

We are incredibly grateful to have Christine as part of the Peace in Power family and cannot wait for more of you to experience Peace in Yin with her. ✨
