Airpark Kids Zone is looking for an Assistant Director to join our team! ❤️💙

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, organized, and confident leading others — and, most importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids!

This position is approximately 25 hours per week during the school year, primarily afternoons, with the opportunity for full-time hours during summer break and school camps.

The right person will help lead our day-to-day after-school and camp operations, support our staff, communicate with parents, and help us continue creating a safe, FUN, and positive environment for our kids.

Hanover parents deserve to know who is caring for their children after school.

Hanover County Public Schools has brought Right At School — a for-profit company based in Illinois — into our taxpayer-funded school buildings to provide after-school care.

And as the school year begins, parents are still asking questions.

Where is the communication?
What will the daily experience actually look like?
How many children will be grouped with each staff member?
And most importantly — what are our kids actually going to DO after spending an entire day at school?

Children have already been in a classroom since 7:30 AM. They don’t need to spend another 2–3 hours sitting in one.

They need to MOVE. PLAY. CREATE. SOCIALIZE. DECOMPRESS.

At Airpark Kids Zone, that’s exactly what after school is supposed to be.
