⚾ Mound Visit with Coach Beer – June Edition ⚾

This month’s message is simple: Effort.

Talent can open doors, but effort is what keeps them open. The players who separate themselves aren’t always the most talented—they’re the ones who show up every day ready to work, learn, and compete.

Effort isn’t just what happens between the lines. It’s found in preparation, focus, hustle, recovery, attention to detail, and how you respond when things don’t go your way.

You can’t always control the outcome, but you can always control your effort.
