Here is the lineup for u9-u12 travel soccer team options in Ashland for Fall 2025/ Spring 2026

These teams are holding open tryouts in the coming weeks & we look forward to seeing you there.

We are proud to offer player centric programming that prioritizes soccer IQ, team chemistry, & community pride. We are also boldly offering the most cost effective options for competitive youth soccer in the region & we always strive to deliver fantastic long term results while fostering a positive growth environment for every player.

All tryouts, practices & home games are at Poor Farm Park in Western Hanover County.

Here are some scenes from AYSL Night at the Randolph-Macon Men’s soccer game last Wednesday. It was an awesome experience for the kids in our youth program & it was great to have everyone out there watching RMC pick up a big conference win in front of a full house.

LAST CALL! Anyone interested in joining our travel programs should get in touch ASAP as we have limited spots remaining in these programs.

We are particularly excited to field a new all-girls travel team option for girls born in 2015 & 2016. There is room to accommodate a few more players who are looking to play on a competitive girls travel team. The fee for the fall is $250 for our girls team.

If you are interested, but unable to attend this supplemental tryout, please get in touch & we can work out a solution

All of our travel teams will practice on Monday & Wednesday in the Fall. Our u9/u10 girls & u11 boys teams will compete in the ADSL this Fall. Our Junior Academy is coed and competes in our u10 House league with games on Sundays. Payment plans + financial aid are available so don’t hesitate to reach out if you are interested in learning more about this opportunity for your child.

u7/u8 PRE-TRAVEL TRYOUT INFORMATION

Join us on Monday, May 20th & Wednesday, May 22nd from 5:30pm to 7pm at Poor Farm Park to tryout for our U7/U8 Ashland Junior Academy, open to boys & girls born in 2017 & 2018.

- Fall season (mid-August to mid-November): 2 practices per week, in-house games
- Winter futsal season (December to early February): 2 practices per week, participation in futsal league
- Spring season: 2 practices per week, in-house games+scrimmages against other clubs
- VA Beach North American Sand Soccer Championships (June 7-8, 2025): a fun year-end event with the team!
-Overall, more than 80 practices+games included

u9/u10 TRAVEL TRYOUT INFORMATION

Join us on Tuesday, May 21st & Thursday, May 23rd from 5:30pm to 7pm at Poor Farm Park to try out for our travel teams:
- U9 Ashland 2016 Boys
- U9 Ashland 2016 Girls
- U10 Ashland 2015 Boys
- U10 Ashland 2015 Girls

Our u9/u10 travel program includes:
- Fall season (mid-August to mid-November): 2 practices per week, 2 7v7 fall tournaments
- Winter futsal season (December to early February): 2 practices per week, participation in futsal league
- Spring season: 2 practices per week, 1 7v7 tournament
- VA Beach North American Sand Soccer Championships (June 7-8, 2025): a fun year-end event with the team!
-Overall, more than 120 practices+games included

Important Notes:
- The only hotel trip required for the year will be VA Beach
Sand Soccer from June 7-8, 2025.
- We will always aim to keep games and events within 1.5 hours of Poor Farm Park
- Director of Youth Development, Liam Hogan, will oversee our competitive development programs.
