Hand Wrapping... One of those skills you will 'literally' never use in your everyday life. ;) I see the "HaWha?" look on your faces the first time I hand out the hand wraps. lol It's actually really easy. They say that kids are amazing imitators and they're absolutely right. Active, healthy parents = active, healthy babies! :)

Here is the schedule for the Fall session. Registration will be open next Wednesday August 26th at 9:00am. Fall classes will start September 8th. Registration available online at www.ashlandparks.org or call Ashland Parks and Recreation at 715-682-7059.

Due to the almost 100% chance of a downpour, Kickboxing is cancelled for tonight. Please be sure to tag yours friends who were planning to attend tonight. Sorry for the inconvenience. Don't forget we do Thursday kickboxing! Thanks crew!
