Got stuck on “idiosyncratic” 🤣
The point is: our specialty is consistent training with well-rounded principles, that includes a preemptive and long term approach to unique clients with at least one physiological consideration.
We don’t just throw burpees at you.
We don’t just do H.I.I.T, or barbell training, or mobility ad nauseum.
We have scalable training progressions for everyday people, wherever they start, and wherever they want to go.
Need a knee replacement but you want to safely get in better shape beforehand? Or get back on the horse after?
