Group Training consists of weight training, cardio, TRX training, and many other exercises with a focus on function, flexibility, endurance, stability, and stamina. Yes while in a group you will do certain motor patterns that are similar and essential for overall health, however each client is given the variation of that movement which will meet their individual needs.
�KICKBOXING�
Unlike a typical cardio kickboxing class, we combine Maui Thai, boxing, and cross training principles to each workout, resulting in a challenging one hour event! We perform hand to hand combat, using gloves and mitts while also running through drills to peak speed, precision, and overall performance. Whether you're looking to boost confidence in self defense tactics or looking for an alternate to your normal cardio regimen, this is the class for YOU!
