This group shows up for the work. No shortcuts, no posturing.

They stay in it, and they’re honest about where they’re at—even when it’s uncomfortable. Especially then.

I’ve been doing this a long time, and I don’t say this lightly—this is one of the most solid, integrity-driven groups I’ve had the privilege to work with.

Nothing about them feels performative. They keep it real, and I'm honestly taken aback by them. The level of dedication and the way they meet the moment—it’s rare.

Grateful to be in it with them.

Would you look at this fine lookin crop of teachers! 😍

Spring Into Heart Health Workshop with Martha Staff is this Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 2–4pm.

Two hours with Martha, built around what your heart and nervous system actually need.

The first hour is Iyengar-inspired asana. Chest openers, shoulder work, and supported inversions. The second hour is pranayama, simple breathing techniques you can keep using long after you leave the studio. Both are designed to support heart rate variability, healthy blood pressure, and vagal tone.

Inversions are always optional and adapted to where you are that day. If you're menstruating, Martha will offer guidance on modifying or sitting them out, with full respect for your privacy.

A few practical notes:
👉 Best if you have around a year of Hatha or similar practice
👉 Capped at 10 so everyone gets real attention
👉 If you have a heart condition, please check with your physician first

There's room for you here. Claim one of the 10 spots at RogueValleyYoga.com.

Back at it again with one of my favorite annual weekends with my dear sister-friend-colleague, Krista Holland. Over the years, Krista and I have built this immersive and satiating deep dive into the yoga core, the nature of the Bundas and arm balances, followed by an unpacking of how the human body mind and heart can be nurtured into Balance embodiment.

This particular immersion is offered in the Rogue Valley Yoga teacher training and mentorship program. This year we are opening up six spots for our past alumni and experienced practitioners to join the cohort for a day.

If you would like to join us, reach out. There’s only six spots available so that the work stays focused, individualized, and intentional. Reach out to apply. Must be pre-registered with a direct link.

Join the 2026 Teacher Training cohort for a special one-day advanced immersion designed for experienced practitioners and previous TT graduates.

12:30–2:30 PM — Deep dive into the bandhas and intelligent arm balance progressions with Lead Instructor Sarah Sol. Refine the yogic core, explore effort and ease, and build sustainable strength from the inside out.

2:30–3:30 PM — Shared kitchari lunch (provided), the traditional Ayurvedic dish for nourishment and balance.

3:30–6:00 PM — Introduction to Ayurveda with Senior Instructor Krista Holland. Discover how yoga understands individual constitution through nature, nurture, and nourishment — and how this framework supports balance in both practice and daily life.

Open to experienced practitioners and TT graduates who want to enter the training container for the day.

Six guest spots only!

According to a recent Les Mills survey, 85% of group fitness participants (like those attending yoga) feel a stronger sense of community compared to those who work out alone.

That number makes sense to us. When you practice with others, breathing and moving together, and showing up even when motivation is low, something changes. Practicing together builds trust, accountability, and a quiet sense of belonging you just don’t get alone.

At Rogue Valley Yoga, this is what matters most to us. Our classes are more than just poses or flexibility. We focus on building a supportive space where everyone feels seen, welcomed, and part of something meaningful. It’s the smiles before class, the grounding breath after, and the quiet “I’m so glad I came” at the door.

If you want connection, community, or just a place to feel at home, come join us on the mat. Your people are waiting for you. 🧘♀️💛
