GROUP STRENGTH AND SPEED TRAINING STARTS THIS WEEK!!(w/updated schedule)

* 10 - 12 year old group - Tuesday & Thursday from 4 pm - 5:15 pm
* 12 - 15 year old group - Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm

We've got a couple of slots left, please message me if you'd like your athlete to check it out. $15 per session.

SESSION FORMAT:

Tuesday:
1) Dynamic Warm-up
2) Linear Speed and Acceleration
3) Explosive Power (Plyometrics and med ball throws)
4) Strength (deadlift variation, vertical push, vertical pull)
5) Core: Flexion and Rotational Power

Thursday:
1) Dynamic Warm-up
2) Multi-Directional Agility and Lateral Speed
3) Explosive Power
4) Strength (squat variation, horizontal push, horizontal pull)
5) Core: Anti-Extension, Anti-lateral flexion, and anti-rotation

INDIVIDUAL STENGTH AND SPEED TRAINING UPDATE: I'm just about completely booked for individual sessions (thank you for all the interest!!). I would consider taking on one more high school athlete who is SERIOUS about getting bigger, stronger, faster and more powerful!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all the mom's out there!!!

In honor of a woman's holiday, here's a quick tip on women/girl's health:

Teach your daughters early that HEALTH, CONFIDENCE and ACHIEVEMENT can be found in BUILDING STRENGTH and not in chasing ever lower numbers on a scale. The below picture is a great example.

And yes, we absolutely teach female athletes strength training fundamentals. :)
