Camp instructors will teach a variety of critical self-defense skills including situational awareness, bully identification, ways to avoid a bully, assertiveness, and non-violent physical self-defense techniques.

Our June Bully Proof Camp is for ages 7-13yrs (6yrs if they are a current PCMAA student)

This camp is open to the public and no experience is necessary. Experienced students will work together on advanced techniques.

👋👋 Meet Coach Kai!

☀️ Kai is a Leader in Training, and this is his second year helping out in camp.

☀️ Kai is an eight grader at St. Joseph Junior High School.

☀️ He enjoys playing video games with friends, as well as basketball and soccer.

☀️ A cool fact about Kai is that he is double jointed. 😎 He likes to play sports and games with the campers!
