Thank you to everyone who came out tonight to the 9th annual Schuylkill United Way HS Football Challenge at Ghosh Orthodontics Field at Spartan Stadium!
The Spartans put in a great effort, finishing 2nd in the overall team standings!
Some hilights from this evening:
Kicking Challenge- Wesley Urban placed 2nd
Quarterback Passing Challenge- Brock Holmes finished in 2nd
Broad Jump- NS placed 1st, setting a new team record with a combined 48’3”!
Tire Flip- the Spartans finished in 2nd
Shuttle Relay- NS placed 2nd
Farmer’s Carry Relay- the Spartans finished 3rd.
The Spartans placed 2nd in the overall Speed and Agility portion of the competition.

Congratulations to all of our team members and coaches on their performance this evening!

The most important part of the night, the Schuylkill United Way raised over 32 thousand dollars, which will benefit so many residents of Schuylkill County!

Thank you to the Schuylkill United Way, all of their partner agencies, volunteers who helped run the event, the officials, athletic trainers, and all of the spectators for making it such a great evening!

We’re already looking forward to next year’s SUW HS Football Challenge!

Make sure to come out to Ghosh Orthodontics Field at Spartan Stadium on Tuesday evening for the 9th annual Schuylkill United Way High School Football Challenge!
All 14 schools from Schuylkill County will be competing again this year!
Cheer on your favorite HS team, as they compete in several challenges of strength and agility. Once again this year, there is a contest for the kickers and quarterbacks on each team. Each year it gets bigger and better.
Don't worry about dinner....there will be several food trucks here to choose from!
Along with the action on the field, there are plenty of entertaining activities taking place around the stadium. Also, make sure to visit the many informational tables set up from SUW partner agencies.
Events get underway tomorrow evening at 5 pm .....we hope you join us for another great year of the Schuylkill United Way HS Football Challenge!

⚾️ Spartan Baseball Camp 2026 ⚾️
What an incredible three days at Spartan Baseball Camp! From June 9–11, athletes came together to learn the fundamentals of baseball, develop their skills, build confidence, and most importantly—have fun.

Throughout the camp, players worked on hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, teamwork, and sportsmanship while creating memories and friendships that will last long after the final pitch.

A huge thank you to all of the campers, coaches, volunteers, and families who made this camp such a success. Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication helped make these three days unforgettable.

Great job today by the Spartan Football team performing community service in Ringtown! Our players and coaches worked hard at the Ringtown Little League Complex spreading mulch, planting shrubs, and cleaning the bleachers.
Thank you to all of our team members who were on hand today to give back to one of our communities that make up the North Schuylkill School District!

Good afternoon my name is Amanda, I am with the NS Soccer boosters. I am reaching out to everyone due to the possibility of rain today. We will still be at the stadium to hopefully start today’s camp. If we can no longer be at the stadium due to the weather, we will be moving everyone into the hIgh school gymnasium. I am sending this message to make sure every camper brings sneakers with them in the event we have to move inside.
