Updated Summer schedule for Impact Training Fitness classes and Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing classes (Tai Chi listed on website)
All members are invited to all of the classes on both schedules! Members also have 24/7 access to the building in order to workout on a schedule that makes sense for them.
If you are not currently a member please come by for a free week of training to try out the variety of classes we have to offer. We also offer punch cards.
Impact Training Class descriptions:
Move Well/Move Strong:
This is a 45-minute strength and mobility class. We use bodyweight, kettlebells, mobility training, and more to help you achieve a level of fitness that will benefit your daily life and improve your performance in your favorite activities. Classes are adaptable to meet the needs of all experience levels.
Preventative Maintenance:
This 30-minute class is all about creating more mobility and stability of frequently injured or irritated areas of the body. By utilizing purposeful movements and smart resistance training, we will target the entire kinetic chain to improve both mobility and stability. This class is perfect for weekend warriors, aging athletes, or anyone who experiences the effects of repetitive motion or inactivity.
