My first win! 🥇 Lithia Loop Marathon!! it honestly feels pretty surreal, never had I ever imagined winning a marathon. I had a blessed day out there, my body felt strong right from the start, the weather was beautiful. At the mile 9 aid station I was told I was in 5th place, that didn’t matter to me, I always go to these races to have fun, test myself and do my absolute best, as long as I cross that finish line able to say I couldn’t have possibly tried harder, that’s a win, that’s why I do it. Huge thanks to .olsen leap frogging with me for 16 miles! he definitely didn’t make it easy and pushed me further than I would have gone alone, as he was right on my tail at the very end!

What an amazing year! 2025 has been incredible, I had 11 trail races all over Oregon/Washington. I got to experience so many beautiful places and meet so many amazing people. The freedom and exploration aspect of trail running is perhaps the greatest attraction to me but the people and the community is right there with it.

I’m so ready to take rest! The priority over this winter will be focusing on bulking up strong! I love the seasonal shifts both mentally and physically. Having a goal in sight keeps me driven, I have an insatiable hunger and passion for growth and new experiences in life. There are so many things I want to accomplish and this achievement is one crossed out on my bucket list.

You’re all amazing and I am eternally grateful for your support, I received an overwhelming amount of love and encouragement yesterday. I hope I inspire some of you to go set goals and accomplish them as you inspire me to keep pushing and never give up. All it takes is one small change done daily, one little healthy choice will lead to more healthy choices and before you know it you have completely changed the trajectory of your life. I know change is challenging,
But challenge is what creates change and sometimes you must hug the cactus to find the nectar of life. 🌵 what hurts now may save your life later, so no matter the odds, never give up, never stop, always show up and give it your all.
This life is yours. Take it.

Two days on Mt.Hood for the Wy’east Trailfest. First time ever visiting this mountain and it won’t be the last. This place holds a magical energy and I feel grateful to have had the honor of running all over it.

This is the longest run I’ve ever done and the most challenging, the excitement and anticipation leading up to this was overwhelming, I loved it. Every race I experience gives me something new to take home with me, a new perspective, a new insight, a new depth found in myself, a new lesson learned. I am always grateful and accept any wisdom the mountains decide to teach me with an open heart.

I encourage all of you to get out there and do something that makes you uncomfortable, it is in that discomfort where you experience growth and reach new heights.

Thank you for putting on these spectacular events and for capturing the moments.

Thank you all so much for following along in my new journey of trail running. I appreciate all of you and your love and support in my life’s mission to help as many people as possible become healthier, happier and live a pain free life.

SOB 50k Race (31 miles) - 5000ft of vert. Exhilaration, exhaustion, joy, pain, beauty, peace. Amazing how one experience can contain so many emotions and this is just scratching the surface of what is to be found. This was an epic weekend and one I will always remember as I consider this my first true race of the ultra distance. My only one prior I woke up very sick and walked the majority of the course to finish.

I feel so blessed to have found another interest in life that ignites me with such passion. It is truly a gift to find passion in life, It drives you, lifts you up, illuminates you and brings so much joy and purpose.

I am so grateful to have never given up on myself. To have overcome such a serious injury in my 20s that left me as a prisoner in my own body for a decade. Life can change in a moment, for better, or for worse. It’s so important to have gratitude for what we have in this moment and to take advantage of every opportunity to learn, experience and grow, as you never know when life can suddenly change.

It’s amazing how you can have 1,000 problems in life but as soon as your health is in jeopardy you suddenly only have 1 problem.
Get healthy.
Don’t wait for something to be wrong to focus on your health and your fitness. Start now.
Prevention is the greatest medicine in the universe. Start small, a small change done daily can completely change the trajectory of your life.
Find that love that can keep you up at night in excitement but can also be your lullaby to sleep. Find what makes you feel alive and let it be one that inspires health, fitness, and discipline into your daily life.
And don’t forget, sometimes you must hug the cactus to find the nectar of life. 🌵

I thank you all so much for your support in my mission to help as many people as possible become healthier, happier and pain free. You all are the ones who make my dreams possible, I cannot express how grateful I am.

A special thanks to :

For putting in so much hard work to create and capture epic weekends like these.

Here’s to 36 years on this planet and to 3 years in business!

35 was the best year of my life yet, super excited to see what 36 has in store! I am so incredibly grateful for my health, my family, my friends and the fact that I get to wake up and work a job I absolutely love every day. You all have made my dreams a reality and there are no words in existence that properly express the magnitude of how thankful I am for you. ❤️❤️❤️

Here I am, doing what I love most in the world. Captured are my most genuine expressions of joy and happiness merging with pain and discomfort to create and consume me in a state of complete Euphoria.

The chilled mountain air, rays of sun splitting branches through the trees, the sounds of bugs and animals mixed with quick foot steps and warm rapid breaths combined with the exhilaration of the race atmosphere… The perfect environment to connect soul and nature, to test my limits, embrace discomfort and seek it to mold into fuel for spiritual & physical growth.

To think I almost didn’t do this race, I signed up 3 hours before registration closed, I would have missed this experience. Let this be a reminder to you all, if there’s anything that sparks your curiosity, interest or passion, anything you have been thinking about doing. Sign up, get your name on that damn list, don’t wait, just do it. Life is just a series of moments and time flys by, live as much as you can. Live every day like your last while maintaining a priority of health & longevity to your future.

Challenge Creates Change, chase those challenges, they are your opportunities to transcend to a greater you. Sometimes you must hug the cactus to find the nectar of life, so get out there and start hugging some freaking cactuses! 🌵

Love you all. Thank you for your incredible support and making my dreams come true.

5th place overall! The first race of the year and it couldn’t have gone any better! Hit a massive 30k(18.6miles) distance PR of 22 minutes. Previous best was 2 hours 48 minutes and this was 2 hours 26 minutes and this was a more challenging course with more elevation gain/loss.

I took two wrong turns and ended up running an extra 0.35 miles and my bag of electrolytes must have fallen out of my pocket around mile 9 or 10 which was devastating, I was holding 2nd place up until mile 15 but then extreme cramps took over and slowed me down. Despite that I still ran the best race of my life so far and can’t wait to see what happens this year!

It was super exciting to test myself after having the last few months to train and prep for this year. Hard work & discipline really paid off. This is my 2nd year of trail racing and am feeling super hyped on this new found love of my life. Nothing brings me more joy than running through the mountains, pair that with the adrenaline, comradery, putting your fitness and training to the test. It’s not just a physical experience it becomes a spiritual one and I always feel growth in all aspects of life after every race I finish. The pain, the joy, the sense of achievement is highly addicting and puts my sympathetic nervous system through the roof.

Can’t wait for the next one, returning to my favorite race I’ve done so far for my first repeat race which means I have last years time to beat. The mt.ashland hill climb June 8th!
