Recertification Complete for year 5 & 6! 💪
and I’m proud to add a new continuing education certification to the list: “Behavior Change Specialist”

While certifications and continuing education are important to me, they’re ultimately about one thing: to never stop learning and thriving to become a better and more knowledgeable coach for the people I have the privilege of working with every day.

I’m incredibly grateful for the hard-working, dedicated people who walk through my doors. A crew spanning different ages, goals, backgrounds, abilities, and limitations yet united by a willingness to show up, put in the work, and keep moving forward.

Getting to work with each of you is an absolute honor.

You keep my work challenging, interesting, and engaging, and you constantly remind me why I chose this path, or perhaps why this path chose me.

I genuinely love what I do, and I never want to lose sight of how fortunate I am to do it.

Every day I get to help someone become a little stronger, move a little better, build a little more confidence, or take another step toward becoming the best version of themselves is a blessing.

To everyone who has trusted me with their health and fitness over the years. To everyone who I have shared hours with in my gym. To everyone who supports and watches my journey unfold over the years.

Thank you.

You’ve helped make the dream a reality.

2 Years of Gains! 💪🎉

Congratulations to Andy Gramley and Molly gramley on completing two years of strength training filled with nothing but hard work, consistency, and dedication!

Having these two in the gym is an absolute pleasure. Every week, I look forward to their presence, their admirable work ethic, and, of course, Andy’s relentless attempts to stir the pot. 😂 He’s lucky to have Molly’s laughter echoing behind every joke, because without it, I’m not sure I’d find him nearly as funny. 😄

Just kidding! he’s hilarious. And Molly is lucky to have him too!

I always look forward to their sessions and the genuine joy they bring with them. They have a way of making everyone around them smile, and it’s an absolute pleasure watching their journey unfold.

The progress these two have made over the past two years, training twice a week with me makes me incredibly proud and serves as a constant reminder of what is possible when you trust the process and stay consistent.
Over these two years, we’ve worked toward and achieved so many of the goals we set out on :

• Consistent progression in every exercise
• Improved posture, balance, and muscular symmetry
• Stronger mind-muscle connection
• Healthier movement patterns
• Improved core strength and stability
• Greater strength and confidence
• And most importantly, eliminating pain.

On day one, I conduct a fitness assessment that includes basic bodyweight or modified bodyweight movements, depending on the individual. This gives me a baseline to determine where we should begin, but it also gives us something incredibly valuable: the ability to look back and objectively measure how far we’ve come.

My priorities with every client are injury prevention, core strength, stability, movement quality, and developing a strong mind-muscle connection. The process starts slowly, but the results come from trusting that process, showing up consistently, and putting in the work week after week.

It’s an absolute honor to provide the accountability, support, encouragement, and guidance that helps people become stronger, healthier, and happier.
Thank you!

Wisdom & Strength group hike up Mt. McLoughlin! 🏔️

My clients are so badass.

For 10 of us, this was their very first summit, and they absolutely crushed it. Mt. McLoughlin is no joke; the final mile to the top is steep, relentless, and incredibly humbling. But now everyone knows exactly why I make them do so many box step-ups every week. 😉 All of that hard work and consistency paid off today.
There are few things in life that compare to the magic of climbing a mountain and standing atop of the world.

I couldn’t be more proud of every single person who showed up, embraced the challenge, and gave it everything they had.

Thank you to all of my amazing clients who joined us. And if you couldn’t make it this time, don’t worry, there will definitely be more adventures ahead. Getting to spend time together outside the gym, sharing epic experiences like this in such an incredible place while building community, is something I truly value.

I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for trusting me, putting in the time, the work, and making days like this so memorable. 💪🫶

Broken Arrow Skyrace 46k
29 miles - 9,000ft of technical ascent & descent.

What an incredible adventure; beautiful, challenging, epic, and brutal all at once.

This race was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. With thousands of runners toeing the start line over the weekend and some of the best athletes in the world competing, it’s easy to see why these mountains have become the stage for one of the most iconic trail races in the country.

I arrived with a lot of uncertainty. For the previous six weeks, I had been unable to run downhill without significant pain from a stone bruise along the metatarsals of my foot. Uphill running wasn’t an issue, but this course featured over 9,000 feet of extremely steep, technical descending making the challenge as much about managing my body as navigating the terrain.

Then race day worked its magic. The pain never rose above a manageable level, and I was able to move with confidence, trusting both my preparation and my understanding of my body. By staying patient and listening closely, I was able to finish strong without making the injury worse.

One thing I know for certain is I wouldn’t be where I am today without strength training. Weightlifting has always been the foundation; the thing that keeps me strong, resilient, and capable of chasing every adventure I love.

Learning the difference between discomfort that builds resilience and pain that signals harm. Understanding where the line exists between calculated risk and recklessness. I am constantly working to better understand my own body and will forever consider myself a student of that process.

At the same time, I’m grateful to be a teacher. Helping others discover what their bodies are capable of, empowering them to move with confidence, and guiding them toward becoming stronger, healthier, happier, and more resilient is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Thank you The Broken Arrow Skyrace for this experience. Thank you Taylor Marie for your support and 📸 Thank you to everyone who continues to support me on this journey. Your encouragement means more than you know.
