Zumba with Fabienne and Velvet Welcome to Zumba, a latin-based exercise modality. Our classes are non-competitive and donation-base Zumba accommodates all fitness levels. Come join us.

The First Baptist Church downtown graciously hosts us every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 7 PM for regular Zumba classes. Velvet teaches a Zumba toning class on Tuesdays from 5 to 6PM. We are a small group of ladies (guys are more than welcome!) who like to exercise in a fun way. No membership fees!
