Another big THANK YOU to everyone involved in this year's Appalachian Games! We were lucky enough to have Hal Alexander Media with us on Saturday, and he came out with an amazing video featuring so many great moments! Pictures to come!

Thank you all for a fantastic weekend of fitness and community! We are grateful to so many - our sponsors/vendors, volunteers, competitors, spectators (we all needed your encouraging energy), and for being a perfect place to host this event this year. This isn’t even close to everyone who contributed this weekend, but these are the ones who finished it up with us. Thank you for being the reason we even put events like this together - your spirit is so inspiring. See y’all next year!

Tomorrow kicks off the 2019 Appalachian Games! Come out To Summit CrossFit South Saturday and/or Sunday from 8:30 - 2:30 to witness badass athletes throw down on some fitness together, to support our awesome vendors, grab delicious eats from ...AND maybe even attempt a strict pull up with to earn yourself some free 💪🏽
