I’ve attended Mike’s class on a regular basis since September 2021 because it is consistently excellent. “Fit for Life” covers all the bases: strength-training, cardio, balance and flexibility. Mike has designed the course to fit the needs of busy people who want to feel strong and capable but don’t have a lot of hours in the week to devote to exercising. His classes are well-organized and divided into segments working the various muscle groups.
