The machine features low production 1946 Harley-Davidson WR ball bearing racing engine, Harley-Davidson JD three speed transmission, and custom hand built frame with Indian handlebars and front end.

During the Great Depression, motorcycle hill climbs provided cheap entertainment for motorcycle enthusiasts across the nation.
