PLYOGA is a 4 part interval training system using the benefits of fundamental and accelerated yoga as an active recovery for plyometric movement. I got certified as a PLYOGA trainer in June 2020, and started teaching the format that same month! During the summer I was fortunate to teach many outdoor socially distanced classes, but then starting in September things slowed down a bit....For sure I am looking forward to finding new opportunities for teaching this great workout in 2021!!! It is fun and effective!
