The Junk Food of the Mind 🍔🧠

If you’ve ever gone down a rabbit hole of negativity, and overthinking, you know how easy it is to spiral. One click turns into an hour, one thought turns into a flood, and suddenly, you feel completely drained.

But here’s a thought—your mind is just like your body. If you feed it junk all day, you feel like junk. If you constantly consume negativity, it starts shaping how you see the world—and yourself.

So maybe today, try this:

🌿 Swap doom-scrolling for a walk in fresh air.📚 Trade online arguments for a book that makes you think.🎨 Replace overanalyzing with creating something—even if it’s just doodling on a napkin.
