The countdown is on! We're just 24 days away from the Blue Comet FanFare, and we can't wait to kick off the 2026-2027 school year with our Blue Comet family!

Join us on Friday, July 31, at 7:00 p.m. at Lee J. Stone Stadium for an evening of school spirit, community, and fun. This free event has something for everyone, including Midnight Football, our Fall Sports Showcase, bounce houses, a dunking booth, music, games, Blue Comet gear, All Sports Passes on sale, and more.

This is a great opportunity to come together as one school and one community while supporting our student-athletes and celebrating the start of another exciting year.

Wear your blue, bring your family, and help us pack the stadium!

We would love to extend a thank you to everyone that helped to make this 5k a successful event!

We are so grateful for the community support and are looking forward to next year already! It would not have been possible without the support of all of you along with support from Asheboro High School, Our Central Office Staff, and the City of Asheboro and Police involved.
